Great course by knowledgeable instructors

We recently had Melissa and Kelly from Hand on Heart First Aid conduct an onsite training session for our team. From the booking process through to the actual training on the day, they were professional, courteous and the training session was highly interactive and fun. The session was tailored to our needs and we were able to get through the day quicker than expected meaning less down time for our business. It was truly an invaluable experience for me and my 2 children. Melissa and Kelly were very clear and patient was they guided us through the course. We all gained a lot of knowledge, practical skills and confidence to know how to act in a situation where first aid maybe required. 

I am so relieved I took this course, I was always saying I must do it as I have a toddler and a pool which constantly provoked a lot of anxiety about what to do in the event of a medical emergency. A Long came "Hand on Heart", their course was interactive and made easy to learn with like minded people.
